Well, here it is!
Any small patches that need to be made at this point can be, but I'm going to go ahead and submit this to the jam, so 1.0.0 is now live!
As far as I can tell it is not only entirely playable but free of game-breaking bugs. I'm super proud of how this came out and I'm excited to add more content to it after voting ends!
