A simple javascript game to take care of a virtual pet in your browser!

This was originally developed for a separate project where this game is created by a character named 'Cyrus'. This is a version hosted outside of the original site (as it's a horror site and not everyone wants to navigate that for a cute game!)

Customize your colours and use the 3 buttons to care for your pet- they might even grow larger if cared for for a while! Now featuring original music and sfx!

This game is made to allow you to grow a digital pet in 5-10 minutes. Stats don't decay while you're away. It's a great way to pass some time with some cute original pet designs! Please post screenshots of your pets on Bluesky and tag @inkus.ca so I can see them all!

Instructions

Use the palette in the corner of the main menu to customize your game theme! Select a new pet and give it a name- say hi to your new buddy!
Care for your pet using the three buttons and you might even watch it grow into something new!
Each pet has 1 stat that drops faster than the others and 1 that drops at a slower rate. Pay attention to changes in your pet's happiness to figure out the best way to care for them!
Buttons have a 1-2 second cooldown- you wouldn't want to overfeed or over-exert your pet!

Known Issues

Background music does not loop seamlessly and requires click/touch interaction to restart due to browser limitations.
